Spend the weekend on Prudence Island, home to the Narragansett Bay National Estuary Research Reserve. Prudence Island has a diversity of habitats waiting for you to explore. Rocky coastline, sandy beaches, salt marshes, deciduous forest, and pine barrens await! Girls will have the opportunity to plan their own schedule of activities during a pre-meeting conference call. You will stay at the Reserve’s dormitory style cottage, where Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast/lunch will be provided. Bring a bag lunch for Saturday. Drop off and pick up will be at the Bristol Ferry Station in Bristol, RI. Packing list will be provided. There is limited space for adult leadership to attend. Council will insure that there is adequate supervision of girl participants by trained, registered Girl Scout leadership or staff. **This program runs from 10:00am, Saturday - 4:30pm, Sunday**
